Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before applying to the WildMasons Partner Program. By submitting an application or participating in the Program, you agree to be bound by these terms.

1. Definitions

In these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply:

  • "WildMasons", "we", "us", or "our" refers to The Pacific Wellness Company Limited, a New Zealand registered company.

  • "Partner", "you", or "your" refers to the individual or entity accepted into the WildMasons Partner Program.

  • "Program" refers to the WildMasons Partner Program as described in these terms.

  • "Affiliate Link" refers to the unique tracking URL provided to you upon acceptance into the Program.

  • "Discount Code" refers to the personalised 5% discount code provided to Partners after completing 5 qualifying sales. The Discount Code applies to 1-bag purchases only and does not apply to bundle orders or membership subscriptions.

  • "Qualifying Sale" refers to a completed one-time purchase or bundle order that is not subsequently refunded, cancelled, or charged back within the return window. One-time purchases may be attributed via either your Affiliate Link or Discount Code. Bundle orders are attributed via your Affiliate Link only — the Discount Code does not apply to bundle purchases.

  • "Commission" refers to the percentage-based payment earned on Qualifying Sales.

  • "Content" refers to any material you create, publish, or distribute that references or promotes WildMasons products.

2. Program Overview

The WildMasons Partner Program allows approved Partners to earn commissions by referring customers to wildmasons.co.nz through their unique Affiliate Link and, once earned, their personalised Discount Code.

Commissions are earned on one-time purchases and bundle orders only. Membership (subscription) orders are not eligible for commission at any tier. Your audience benefits from our best ongoing value through membership, and many customers referred via one-time purchases will discover membership independently.

Important: Your Discount Code provides a 5% discount on 1-bag purchases only. To earn commission on bundle orders, customers must purchase through your Affiliate Link. We strongly recommend sharing your Affiliate Link alongside your Discount Code in all promotional content.

3. Application and Acceptance

  • Participation in the Program requires submission of an application through our website.

  • We review all applications personally and aim to respond within 48 hours.

  • We reserve the right to accept or reject any application at our sole discretion, without obligation to provide reasons for rejection.

  • Acceptance is based on factors including but not limited to: audience relevance, platform quality, content alignment with WildMasons brand values, and genuine interest in health and wellness.

  • We may request additional information before making a decision on your application.

  • Acceptance into the Program does not create an employment, agency, partnership, or joint venture relationship between you and The Pacific Wellness Company Limited.

4. Commission Structure

4.1 Tier Overview

The Program operates on a three-tier commission structure based on monthly Qualifying Sales volume:

Seedling (0–19 Qualifying Sales per month)

  • 7% commission on your first Qualifying Sale

  • 10% commission on all subsequent Qualifying Sales

  • No 3-bag bundle bonus

  • Discount Code unlocks after 5 Qualifying Sales (applies to 1-bag purchases only)

Cultivator (20–40 Qualifying Sales per month)

  • 15% commission on all Qualifying Sales

  • $5 NZD bonus on every 3-bag bundle sale (attributed via Affiliate Link)

  • 5% Discount Code for your audience (applies to 1-bag purchases only)

  • Free monthly product shipment

  • Early access to new product launches

Harvest Partner (41+ Qualifying Sales per month)

  • 18% commission on all Qualifying Sales

  • $5 NZD bonus on every 3-bag bundle sale (attributed via Affiliate Link)

  • 5% Discount Code for your audience (applies to 1-bag purchases only)

  • Free monthly product shipment

  • Priority direct support

  • Opportunity for co-created content

4.2 Tier Evaluation

Your tier is evaluated on a rolling monthly basis. If your Qualifying Sales volume increases or decreases, your tier and commission rate will adjust accordingly at the start of the following month.

4.3 Commission Eligibility

Commissions are earned on one-time purchases and bundle orders only. The following are not eligible for commission:

  • Membership (subscription) orders at any tier

  • Orders placed by the Partner themselves (self-referrals)

  • Orders that are subsequently refunded, cancelled, or charged back

  • Orders placed using stolen, fraudulent, or unauthorised payment methods

  • Orders that result from any activity that violates these Terms

4.4 Bundle Bonus

Partners at Cultivator tier and above earn a flat $5 NZD bonus on each 3-bag bundle Qualifying Sale, in addition to their percentage-based commission. This bonus does not apply at Seedling tier. Bundle sales must be attributed via your Affiliate Link to qualify.

5. Discount Code

  • New Partners begin with their Affiliate Link only. No Discount Code is issued upon initial acceptance.

  • After completing 5 Qualifying Sales, you will receive a personalised 5% Discount Code via email.

  • The Discount Code applies to 1-bag (single unit) purchases only. It does not apply to bundle orders or membership subscriptions.

  • To earn commission on bundle orders, customers must click your Affiliate Link before purchasing. Share your Affiliate Link alongside your Discount Code in all content to ensure full attribution.

  • The Discount Code is for your audience's use only. You may not use it for your own purchases.

  • You may not distribute, publish, or share your Discount Code on coupon aggregation websites, deal forums, browser extensions, or any similar platforms.

  • We reserve the right to deactivate, change, or revoke your Discount Code at any time, with or without notice, if we believe it is being misused or distributed in violation of these terms.

  • Commissions triggered by leaked, shared, or misused Discount Codes may be clawed back at our discretion.

6. Cookie Duration and Tracking

When a customer clicks your Affiliate Link, a tracking cookie is placed in their browser for a period of 45 days. If the customer makes a Qualifying Sale within this 45-day window, the sale will be attributed to you and commission will be earned.

Bundle orders are attributed via Affiliate Link tracking only. A customer purchasing a bundle without first clicking your Affiliate Link will not be attributed to your account, even if they used your Discount Code. We strongly recommend sharing your Affiliate Link in all promotional content to ensure full attribution across all purchase types.

If the customer's browser cookie is overwritten by another Partner's Affiliate Link before the purchase is made, the most recent Partner will receive the attribution (last-click attribution).

We use third-party affiliate tracking software to manage attribution. While we make reasonable efforts to ensure accurate tracking, we do not guarantee that every referral will be tracked due to factors outside our control, including but not limited to: browser settings, ad blockers, cookie deletion, device switching, and VPN usage.

7. Payment

7.1 Payment Schedule

Commissions are calculated and confirmed after a 30-day return window has closed. Confirmed commissions are paid on the 15th of the following month.

For example, a Qualifying Sale made on 1 March would be confirmed after 31 March and paid on 15 April.

7.2 Minimum Payout

The minimum payout threshold is $50 NZD. If your confirmed commission balance is below $50 NZD at the time of payment, the balance will roll over to the next payment cycle.

7.3 Payment Methods

Payments are made via bank transfer (New Zealand accounts) or PayPal. You are responsible for providing accurate payment details. The Pacific Wellness Company Limited is not liable for payments sent to incorrect account details provided by you.

7.4 Taxes

You are solely responsible for reporting and paying any taxes applicable to your commission income in your jurisdiction. The Pacific Wellness Company Limited does not withhold taxes on your behalf. If required by New Zealand law, we may request your tax identification information.

8. Partner Obligations

8.1 Disclosure Requirements

You must clearly disclose your relationship with WildMasons in all Content that promotes or references our products. This includes but is not limited to:

  • Including a disclosure statement such as "I earn a commission when you purchase through my link" or "This post contains affiliate links" prominently and before any Affiliate Link or product mention.

  • Using platform-specific disclosure tools where available (e.g., Instagram's Paid Partnership label, YouTube's Paid Promotion checkbox).

  • Ensuring disclosures are visible, clear, and not hidden behind 'Read more' buttons, at the bottom of content, or in locations where consumers are unlikely to see them before engaging with your Affiliate Link.

Failure to comply with disclosure requirements may result in immediate suspension or termination from the Program.

8.2 Health and Product Claims

WildMasons operates in the health and wellness space. You must adhere strictly to the following when creating Content:

  • You must not make any medical claims, diagnosis claims, treatment claims, or cure claims about WildMasons products.

  • You must not state or imply that WildMasons products can prevent, treat, or cure any disease, illness, or medical condition.

  • You must not make specific health outcome guarantees (e.g., 'you will lose weight', 'this will fix your gut').

  • You may describe your own personal experience with the product using language such as 'I noticed', 'I felt', or 'in my experience', provided these statements are truthful and not misleading.

  • You must not use before-and-after imagery in a way that implies guaranteed results.

  • All claims must be consistent with the product information and talking points provided in our marketing toolkit.

WildMasons reserves the right to request that you modify or remove any Content that we believe contains inaccurate, misleading, or non-compliant claims.

8.3 Brand Usage

  • You may use WildMasons brand assets (logos, product images, lifestyle photography) only as provided in the official marketing toolkit.

  • You must not alter, distort, recolour, or modify any WildMasons brand assets without prior written approval.

  • You must not register, purchase, or bid on any domain names, social media handles, or paid search keywords that include 'WildMasons' or any confusingly similar variations.

  • You must not create websites, landing pages, or social media accounts that could be mistaken for official WildMasons properties.

8.4 Conduct

Partners must conduct themselves in a manner consistent with WildMasons brand values: premium, calm, natural, grounded, credible, and lifestyle-driven. You must not:

  • Engage in spamming, unsolicited messaging, or any form of aggressive or deceptive marketing.

  • Make false, misleading, or exaggerated claims about WildMasons, its products, or the Partner Program.

  • Engage in any activity that could damage or diminish the reputation of WildMasons.

  • Use WildMasons products, brand, or Partner status to promote unrelated products, services, or causes without prior written approval.

9. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate termination, commission forfeiture, and/or legal action:

  • Cookie stuffing, forced clicks, or any method that artificially triggers tracking cookies without genuine user intent.

  • Self-referral purchases or directing purchases through your own Affiliate Link or Discount Code for personal use.

  • Creating multiple accounts to circumvent program rules or tier thresholds.

  • Bidding on WildMasons branded keywords (including misspellings) in paid search advertising (Google Ads, Bing Ads, etc.).

  • Distributing your Discount Code on coupon sites, deal forums, browser extensions, cashback platforms, or any similar aggregation services.

  • Using toolbars, browser extensions, or software that automatically inserts or overwrites Affiliate Links.

  • Generating artificial traffic, clicks, or impressions through bots, click farms, or automated systems.

  • Promoting WildMasons products on websites or platforms that contain adult content, hate speech, illegal activity, or content that is inconsistent with our brand values.

  • Sending unsolicited emails or messages (spam) that promote WildMasons products.

  • Making income claims or earnings guarantees about the WildMasons Partner Program.

10. Fraud and Suspicious Activity

We actively monitor for fraudulent and suspicious activity, including but not limited to: IP overlap analysis, velocity alerts, self-referral detection, and multiple account checks.

If suspicious activity is detected, we may pause commission payouts pending investigation. We reserve the right to withhold, reverse, or claw back commissions associated with fraudulent or suspicious activity.

Partners found to be engaging in fraudulent activity will be immediately and permanently removed from the Program, and any unpaid commissions will be forfeited.

11. Intellectual Property

All WildMasons trademarks, logos, product names, brand assets, website content, and marketing materials are the exclusive property of The Pacific Wellness Company Limited. Your participation in the Program does not grant you any ownership rights or licence beyond the limited right to use approved marketing materials for the sole purpose of promoting WildMasons products as part of the Program.

All Content you create as part of the Program remains your intellectual property. However, by participating in the Program, you grant The Pacific Wellness Company Limited a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide licence to use, reproduce, and share your Content for marketing and promotional purposes, with attribution where reasonably practicable.

12. Confidentiality

You agree to keep confidential all non-public information relating to the Program, including but not limited to: commission rates, tier thresholds, payout amounts, internal marketing strategies, and any proprietary information shared with you as a Partner.

You may publicly state that you are a WildMasons Partner and share your general experience with the Program, but you must not disclose specific commercial terms to third parties.

13. Term and Termination

13.1 Term

These Terms remain in effect for as long as you participate in the Program. There is no minimum commitment period.

13.2 Termination by Partner

You may withdraw from the Program at any time by notifying us in writing (email is sufficient). Upon withdrawal, your Affiliate Link and Discount Code will be deactivated, and any confirmed but unpaid commissions above the minimum payout threshold will be paid in the next payment cycle.

13.3 Termination by WildMasons

We may suspend or terminate your participation in the Program at any time, for any reason, with or without notice. Reasons for termination may include but are not limited to:

  • Breach of any provision of these Terms

  • Fraudulent, suspicious, or unethical activity

  • Inactivity (no Qualifying Sales for 90 consecutive days)

  • Content or conduct that is inconsistent with WildMasons brand values

  • Changes to the Program structure or discontinuation of the Program

Upon termination by WildMasons, your Affiliate Link and Discount Code will be deactivated immediately. Any confirmed commissions above the minimum payout threshold will be paid in the next payment cycle, unless termination was due to fraud or breach of these Terms, in which case all unpaid commissions may be forfeited.

13.4 Program Changes

We reserve the right to modify these Terms, the commission structure, tier thresholds, or any aspect of the Program at any time. We will make reasonable efforts to notify active Partners of material changes via email. Continued participation in the Program after changes are communicated constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

14. Liability and Indemnification

14.1 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by New Zealand law, The Pacific Wellness Company Limited shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your participation in the Program, including but not limited to: lost commissions due to tracking failures, lost revenue, or lost business opportunities.

Our total liability to you in connection with the Program shall not exceed the total commissions paid to you in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

14.2 Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless The Pacific Wellness Company Limited, its directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from or related to:

  • Your Content or promotional activities

  • Your breach of these Terms

  • Your violation of any applicable laws or regulations

  • Any claims made by third parties relating to your participation in the Program

15. Independent Contractor Status

You are an independent contractor, not an employee, agent, or representative of The Pacific Wellness Company Limited or the WildMasons brand. Nothing in these Terms creates an employment, agency, partnership, or joint venture relationship. You are solely responsible for your own taxes, insurance, and business obligations.

16. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of New Zealand. Any disputes arising from or related to these Terms or the Program shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New Zealand.

Before initiating any formal proceedings, both parties agree to attempt to resolve disputes through good-faith negotiation for a period of not less than 30 days.

17. General Provisions

Entire Agreement: These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and The Pacific Wellness Company Limited regarding the Program and supersede all prior agreements or understandings.

Severability: If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

Waiver: Failure by The Pacific Wellness Company Limited to enforce any provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of that provision or any other provision.

Assignment: You may not assign or transfer your rights or obligations under these Terms without our prior written consent. The Pacific Wellness Company Limited may assign these Terms without restriction.

Notices: All notices to The Pacific Wellness Company Limited should be sent to hello@wildmasons.co.nz. Notices to Partners will be sent to the email address provided during application.
