Returns, Refunds & Exchanges
WildMasons is a consumable food product. For health and safety reasons we are unable to accept change-of-mind returns on opened products.
- Unopened products in original condition may be returned within 14 days of delivery.
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty.
- Refunds are processed to the original payment method once the return is received and inspected.
This policy does not affect your rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993.
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, or with items missing, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at hello@wildmasons.co.nz with your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging.
