We understand that trying a new protein can feel like a commitment. When you purchase WildMasons for the first time through our website, your first pouch is covered for 30 days from delivery.
If it isn't right for you, contact us with your order number, the reason for your claim and a photo showing the pouch and batch number. For bundles and subscriptions, the promise covers the value of one pouch only. Terms apply.
You will be shown exact shipping rates at checkout, based on the items you order and your delivery address. All packages are sent from Auckland, New Zealand.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details. Please allow the full delivery window below before contacting us - rural addresses, public holidays, weekends and customs processing can add time.

Import Duties & Taxes
International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes and customs charges set by the destination country. These are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the product price or the shipping charge. Please check your local thresholds before ordering.
P.O. Boxes
We are currently unable to ship to P.O. Boxes. If a P.O. Box address is entered by mistake we will contact you, which may delay your order.
Returns, Refunds & Exchanges
WildMasons is a consumable food product. For health and safety reasons we are unable to accept change-of-mind returns on opened products.
- Unopened products in original condition may be returned within 14 days of delivery.
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty.
- Refunds are processed to the original payment method once the return is received and inspected.
This policy does not affect your rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993.
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, or with items missing, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at hello@wildmasons.co.nz with your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging. We review each case individually and work towards a fair resolution in line with our obligations under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993.
