Why is there aluminium?
Trace amounts of aluminium are naturally present in cocoa, as cocoa plants absorb it from the soil. Because our protein contains organic cocoa, small amounts are expected. No aluminium is added during manufacturing, and the levels remain within recognised food safety guidelines.
